Who operates PolyDex?
PolyDex is operated by Halo Media Solutions, Inc. This policy applies to PolyDex, including the public website at polydex.click, the authenticated app at app.polydex.click, and supported mobile app versions.

- Technical information: browser/app environment, device type, app version, diagnostic logs, and basic security metadata.

How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and secure your PolyDex account.
- Save and sync your rhythm patterns, presets, preferences, and theme settings.

Payments and subscriptions
PolyDex uses payment and entitlement providers to manage subscription and purchase access across supported platforms. Purchases may be processed by Google Play, web checkout, or another supported app store or payment provider depending on where you purchase.
PolyDex does not store your full payment card details. Payment details are handled by the relevant payment processor or app store. We receive purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock PolyDex Pro and provide account support.
Authentication and hosting
PolyDex uses cloud services such as AWS Amplify, Amazon Cognito, and DynamoDB for sign-in, storage, and sync. Your account and app data may be processed and stored by these providers according to their infrastructure and security practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help operate PolyDex, including hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, payments, entitlement management, and support tooling.
- App stores and payment processors when needed to verify purchases, manage subscriptions, process refunds, or provide support.
- Authorities, courts, or other parties when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize information where reasonably possible, subject to legal and operational requirements.
